The Molemo Molefe Foundation is a non-profit organization established to honor the memory of a truly exceptional individual, Molemo Molefe. Though her life was tragically short, Molemo’s 17 years were filled with remarkable passion, talent, and accomplishments that continue to inspire our work today.

Molemo Molefe was a truly exceptional and multifaceted teenager whose vibrant spirit left an indelible mark on everyone she met. Despite her tragically short life, Molemo demonstrated remarkable talent and dedication across numerous passions. Her profound love for music began with the piano at age six and quickly expanded to mastering the cello, marimba, and drums, making her a versatile star in the school orchestra. Equally impressive was her athleticism, highlighted by her outstanding performance in netball, where her skill and teamwork shone brightly, a perfect reflection of the commitment and strategic mind she brought to all her endeavors.

Beyond her achievements, Molemo was cherished for her thoughtful character, compassionate nature, and radiant sense of humor that could instantly lift the spirits of those around her. Known for her strong sense of justice and as a trusted, supportive friend, she was always the person her peers turned to for comfort and guidance. Molemo Molefe’s legacy is defined by her diverse talents and her kind heart; her bright light continues to inspire her community, serving as a reminder of the beautiful influence she had on the lives of her friends and family.
